01. Orders & Delivery

When you shop at stm.net.au, simply enter your credit card & delivery details into our secure order form. STM will confirm your order, and will deliver the ordered goods to the address specified in your order, within the agreed time frame.

Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged.

02. Returns & Refunds

Returns Policy
STM's easy On-line Returns Policy means that you can shop on-line at stm.net.au with confidence. STM offers you a complete refund or credit if the goods are faulty, not fit for the purpose for which they were intended, or do not match the sample. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, STM offers an exchange or refund within 2 days of purchase. This policy does not limit your statutory rights to return faulty merchandise for exchange or refund.

03. Prices & Payment

For each order, you must pay: the applicable price listed on the web site for the goods at the time. Goods are processed and scanned for your order; and the delivery and handling fee ("Service Fee") specified on the web site at that time. Charging procedure on submission of your order, the amount shown above as the "Grand Total" will be immediately charged to your credit card. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order. Should delivery take longer than 24 hours, you will be notified of delivery progress by e-mail. Payment must be cleared before the goods are despatched.

04. Discounts

Staff discounts are currently not available for purchases made on this site.

05. Pictures

STM aims to include up-to-date pictures of all of the goods on this web site. However, the picture of the goods may differ from the actual goods supplied.

06. Changes

STM may add to, remove or change anything on this web site, from time to time.

07. Applicable Law

All purchases on this web site and under these terms and conditions are subject to the laws of Victoria, Australia.
