In 1958 STM Australia was the very first company to not only introduce but design a 1 Litre Oil Pump capable of reaching those hard to get oil points. Ever since then STM Australia has had nothing but positive feedback and has sold over 2 million units.

One product that STM Australia recommends to any workshop is the 60 Litre Spring Operated Oil Pump (CA469G). This pump comes with a two year warranty and a unique spring actuated displacement. The CA469G make transferring oil from 60 litre drums efficient and stress-free, with only 2 strokes required per litre. These days setting up a workshop can be daunting with the cost of installation outweighing the overall cost of equipment. Available from STM Australia or your local distributor are 3:1 & 5:1 Air Operated Portable Oil Transfer Kits which are suitable for 20, 60 and 205 litre drums. These kits come equipped with a heavy duty drum trolley, air operated oil pump, digital oil gun, 4 metre hose assembly and have the option of a 15 metre heavy duty hose reel. Why have all this installed in a secure location, when you can make it portable and use it anywhere at any time?

Another available option are portable 20, 60 and 180kg Air Operated Grease Kits. These kits come equipped with a 50:1 air operated grease pump, control gun, drum cover, follower plate, drum trolley and hose assembly. Customers also have the option to include a 15 metre heavy duty grease hose reel to the 180kg portable kits. Portable heavy duty options are also available for workshops that require the transfer of grease in high volume and long distances.

One product in particular which has developed a trustworthy reputation within the industry over the years is STM Australia’s range of high quality Oil Drainers. STM Australia supply a range of Oil Drainers with the capacity to hold 65 or 90 litres of waste oil. STM’s current range includes standard oil drainers, oil drainer & extractor combos, oil changes (extract used oil using a venturi-vacuum extracting system) and low level oil drainers which fit directly under vehicles. A unique feature which can be added to STM Australia’s exclusive range of oil drainers, is an extension funnel which widens the collection bowls diameter up to 606mm, therefore reducing spillages. Another benefit of STM Australia’s oil drainer range is the ability to adjust the height of the collection bowl, making it easier to fit under vehicles, and as a result reducing splatter when drainer motor oils.

As mentioned previous installation costs for a new workshop can be expensive and limit a workshops setup capabilities. Therefore STM Australia has devised a solution whereby workshop owners are able to mount their own hose reels, air operated oil pumps, oil guns and drip trays without the cost of installation fees. The product that provides this solution is known as the “Three Reel Gantry System”. This system has the capability to hold up to three hose reels including STM Australia’s 860 and 2950 series, one air operated oil pump of your choice, three drip trays, three oil control guns and can also fit two 205 litre drum under the mounted hose reels. The Gantry System is secured directly to the ground using dyno bolts which is seen as a benefit in itself, as it can be repositioned when needed.
